This systematic literature review examines business analytics implementation, analyzing 25 peer-reviewed articles to identify antecedents, strategies, and consequences. Key findings highlight the importance of management support, data infrastructure, and cultural readiness for successful BA implementation.
This mixed-methods study applies the Technology-Organization-Environment framework to assess essential skills and organizational support for BA implementation. Analyzing 63 peer-reviewed articles and 315 job postings reveals critical competencies in Python, SQL, Tableau, and soft skills.
